Camp Counselor Carmel Brings Summer Camp's "Make A Difference" to Dominican Holidaze

A Summer Camp Music Festival 2015 three day pass will be donated to the Positive Legacy charity auction that will take place on Saturday evening in the Wink Lobby. Not only will this auction feature a ticket to our favorite festival, it will also contain a variety of signed posters and memorabilia from our favorite artists! This is a very special part of the Holidaze experience where all proceeds from the auction will be used by Positive Legacy to help facilitate all the great work they do to truly make a difference. I have also chosen to participate in Positive Legacy’s “Day of Service” while visiting this beautiful Caribbean country and I would like to extend an open invitation for anyone traveling to Dominica Holidaze to join me. Our community is a collective of people that truly wish to make a difference in our world and Positive Legacy is a not-for-profit that tries to good in a very real way. Not only does this group attempt to offset the festival’s carbon footprint, they also help build infrastructure, conduct supply drives and facilitate cultural understanding with the communities they serve.]]>
