Payment Plan Information

Terms and Conditions:
In purchasing the SUMMER CAMP 2017 – 3 DAY PASS May 26th-28th PAYMENT PLAN TICKET PHASES I, II or III, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

NOTE: Your initial transaction delivery method will display as Will Call. This will be converted to Print at Home after your final payment. Once your final payment is made, you will receive an e-mail with your Print-At-Home ticket.

Your total purchase charge for each ticket purchased will be $249.50 and will include:
– Ticket Price ($225.50)
– Convenience Fee ($15.50)
– Facility Fee ($8.50)

PHASE I PAYMENT PLAN STRUCTURE:
If you purchased the PHASE I Payment Plan – 4 Total Payments – Initial Payment at Time of Purchase 
– Your first payment plan charge of $62.39 occurred at initial purchase.
– Your second charge $62.37 will occur on March 1st, 2017
– Your third charge $62.37 will occur on April 1st, 2017
– Your fourth and final charge $62.37 will occur on May 1st, 2017

PHASE II PAYMENT PLAN STRUCTURE:
If you purchased the PHASE II Payment Plan – 3 Total Payments – Initial Payment at Time of Purchase 
– Your first payment plan charge of $83.16 occurred at initial purchase.
– Your second charge $83.17 will occur on April 1st, 2017
– Your third and final charge $83.17 will occur on May 1st, 2017
Your additional  charges will be applied automatically to the credit card used at the time of your initial transaction. No action on your part is required.

PHASE III PAYMENT PLAN STRUCTURE:
If you purchased the PHASE III Payment Plan – 2 Total Payments – Initial Payment at Time of Purchase 
– Your first payment plan charge of $124.75 occurred at initial purchase.
– Your second and final charge $124.75 will occur on May 1st, 2017
Your additional  charges will be applied automatically to the credit card used at the time of your initial transaction. No action on your part is required.

PLEASE NOTE: All payment plan charges MUST be applied to the same credit card. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available on/near the second, third and fourth payment dates.
If for any reason your additional payments are rejected, you will at that time be notified and required to pay any remaining balance over the phone prior to the start of Summer Camp or forfeit all payments made.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

• After the final payment you will receive your tickets via email. At that time you must be able print your tickets—no other delivery method is being offered under the payment plan.
