Make a Difference Field Day Food Drive at Pretty Lights for Hurricane Sandy Relief
BLOOMINGTON, IL- Summer Camp Music Festival’s Make a Difference and Field Day are teaming up with Pretty Lights and the Midwest Food Bank for a food drive to benefit Hurricane Sandy victims.
We will be hosting a Make a Difference Field Day Food Drive at the Pretty Lights show Friday, November 16 at US Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, IL! The food drive will support Midwest Food Bank, who is sending donations on to disaster relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast. Bring THREE items from the following list and receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win 3-day Summer Camp Passes, Pretty Lights merchandise and more! Every three items will get you another raffle ticket, so the more donations you bring, the better your chances are to win great prizes.
This is also a Field Day event, so every donation counts towards the Red, Yellow, Blue or Purple team. The team with the most donations wins the first Food Drive event for Field Day 2013! Summer Camp Field Day is a Color War that takes place on site at the festival, and year-round at concerts throughout the country and online. The mission of Midwest Food Bank is to alleviate hunger and poverty by gathering and distributing food donations to non-for profits and disaster sites without cost to the recipients. Currently donations are being shipped to The Salvation Army with disaster relief boxes for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
See you at Pretty Lights next Friday and please remember to bring a donation for Midwest Food Bank!
