Hear the Music Live understands that pre-teens and teens in foster care homes may not have the opportunity to enjoy activities that other teens are experiencing. The Way of Mind and Body

The Way of Mind and Body

The WOMB believes that there is one race; the HUMAN race! We pride ourselves in helping all people find their roots in the fact that we all have the same origin: Africa! Finding our common root in the birth place of humanity helps us to be UNIFIED in our struggle to make sure that ALL humans receive their basic needs. The #1 thing that most humans do not have access to is real food. Since 70% of all food on shelves are processed and 80% of food is genetically modified, we lead in teaching folks how to eat whole foods on a budget as well as to rally to expose the structure of these food-like-products. Large corporations have taken over the basis for our physical, mental, emotional and cultural health! Join us in celebrating our unity and organizing for change at our tables, workshop and at our March Against Monsanto! wayofmindandbody.org
