After a 12 hour drive, I finally made it back home, and boy do I wish it was already time for Summer Camp 2014!
This was the most exciting music festival I have ever been to, and hats off to Summer Camp for giving people like myself the opportunities we got to experience. All of the other Summer Camp CIT’s were awesome, and I can speak for all of them when I say, WOW!
The highlight of my weekend was a private set by Moe and Victor Wooten in their trailer behind the Moonshine stage. I’m still speechless. Here’s a clip from when they did ” Kyle’s Song ” for me:
Sets that blew me away this weekend include STS9, Moe, Umphrey’s, Yonder, and Gramatik. It’s actually hard to only write those artists, because I did not see one bad set this weekend! The weather may have not been everyones top choice, but we all made the best of it! By Sunday night, I gave up trying to not get muddy. It’s so much more fun when you don’t care. If you care, you’re going to have a bad time trying to stay clean. Lettuce was so much fun dancing around in the rain on Sunday!
I’m still in awe about this weekend. I can’t wait to share more photos and videos with everyone!
